Returns

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

For returns unrelated to a product quality issue, the buyer pays return shipping. For confirmed quality issues, the seller pays return shipping. Please contact us before sending a return.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, include photographs so we can help resolve the issue. Refund details will be confirmed after the returned item is reviewed.
